    El presente trabajo es resultado parcial de la ejecución del Proyecto Investigativo Institucional para la evaluación del impacto de la metodología para el desarrollo del capital intelectual en los servicios de salud que se ejecuta en la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Guantánamo desde marzo de 2016. Se brindan resultados del cumplimiento de las tareas investigativas referidas a analizar la bibliografía científica especializada, sintetizar la evolución histórico-tendencial, diagnosticar el estado actual, modelar y desarrollar la concepción estratégica en un estudio cualitativo para la acreditación de carreras de Ciencias Médicas, vistos a partir de los más actuales criterios al respecto, los que constituidos en información primaria, permiten proponer un sistema de acciones que debidamente implementada favorezca la mejora en la preparación de los eslabones de base para enfrentar exitosamente tan exigente proceso.

    The present work is been partially of the execution of the Institutional Investigative Project for the evaluation of the impact of the methodology for the development of the intellectual capital in the services of health that it is executed in the University of Medical Sciences of Guantánamo from March of the 2016. Results of the execution of the investigative tasks are referred to analyze the specialized scientific bibliography, to synthesize the evolution and historical-tendencies, to diagnose the current state, to model and to develop the strategic conception in a qualitative study for the accreditation of careers of Medical Sciences, has been  starting from the most current approaches in this respect, those that constituted in primary information, investigators allow to propose a system of actions that properly implemented the improvement in the preparation of the base links to face so demanding process successfully.
