  En el presente artículo se estudia la evolución de los proyectos confederales de Juan Egaña considerando el conjunto de sus escritos sobre el tema y su vínculo con las etapas del proceso independentista. Completa este trabajo el examen de la tesis utopista, replicada sin contemplaciones ni fundamentos por la mayoría de los estudios sobre Juan Egaña.

  In the present article we study the evolution of confederal projects of Juan Egaña taken into consideration the totality of his works and their link with the stages of the Independence. Complete this work the assessment of the utopian thesis, replicated without hesitation or foundations by the majority of the studies on Juan Egaña.
