  Català: El present article analitza els conceptes de justícia i injustícia a partir de les obres de Simone Weil i Plató. Definides a partir de la seva relació amb altres conceptes com els de mesura, proporció o límit, la justícia, d'una banda, se'ns apareix com un bé per l'ànima d'aquella persona que la practica, atès que permet la llibertat; la injustícia, de l'altra, com un mal en ella mateixa, perquè implica l'esclavatge de les persones injustes. L'article pretén també mostrar que aquesta conceptualització de la justícia i la injustícia proporciona eines teòriques que poden ser útils per analitzar la societat actual.English: The present article analyses the concepts of justice and injustice from the works of Simone Weil and Platon. Defined by their relation with other concepts such as measure, proportion or limit, justice shows up as a good thing for the soul of the just, because it lets freedom be possible, and injustice as a bad thing in itself, because it brings slavery to those who are unjust. Also, the article wants to show that this conceptualization of justice and injustice gives us theoretical tools that can be useful in order to analyze today's society.
