Este artigo focaliza a formação da cultura fascista e totalitária no século XX a partir da análise do texto de Benitto Mussolini, La doctrina del fascismo, e como ideias centrais do fascismo reverberaram em Carl Schmitt, particularmente em seu Staat, Bewegung, Volk. A identificação das origens conceituais do fascismo deve permitir a melhor compreensão de suas linhas formas de aparição moderna e as vias de seu ataque ao Estado democrático de direito contemporâneo.

This article focuses on the formation of fascist and totalitarian culture in the 20th century analysing the text of Benito Mussolini, La doctrina del fascismo, and how the nuclear ideas of fascism reverberated in Carl Schmitt, specially his Staat, Bewegung, Volk. The identification of the conceptual origins of the fascism must give a better understanding of its modern way of appearance and the ways of its attack to the contemporary Rule of Law.
