    The debate concerning the status of Moses with respect to the angels is a recurring theme in Jewish tradition, just as are the extraordinary revelations he receives from heaven when he ascends Mount Sinai. The Hekhalot Zutartey adapts these haggadot to suit the mystical context whereby Moses receives revelations of mysterious notions and rejoices in the proximity of the Metatron, the chief of the angels and the one closest to God, who repeatedly displays before Moses the greatness and the powers of God.

    El debat sobre l’estatus de Moisès respecte els àngels és un tema recurrent en la tradició jueva, aixícom les revelacions extraordinàries que rebé dalt el cel en la seva ascensió des de la muntanya delSinaí. L’obra Hekhalot Zutarti adapta aquestes agadot al context místic on Moisès rep revelacions deformulacions misterioses i gaudeix de la proximitat de Metatron, l’àngel principal i més pròxim a Déuque exhibeix repetidament la seva grandesa i les seves capacitats davant Moisès.
