    Aquest article analitza la representació del món del dret i l’ús del llenguatge jurídic en les novel·les de Joan Perucho, jutge de professió. Es tracta d’examinar els diversos supòsits de caràcter jurídic, que constitueixen una de les diverses fonts d’intertextualitat, pilar de l’obra peruchiana.

    This article looks at how the world of law is represented and how legal language is used in the novels of Joan Perucho, a judge by profession. The aim of the work is to consider the different scenarios of a legal nature that constitute one of the various sources of intertextuality, a key pillar of Perucho’s work
