Resumen de Iron-tough paper.

Charles Q. Choi

  • This article discusses the use of nanotechnology to create paper with the strength of cast iron. This material is produced with cellulose fibers measuring in nanometers rather than microns, which increases its tensile strength. The publication of a formula for this paper, which researchers suggest could be used in building materials, in the June 9, 2008 issue of the journal "Biomacromolecules" is noted.
