The article reports that the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory will move their operations to Europe in the form of the Large Hadron Collider outside of Geneva (Switzerland). The Tevatron proton collider will be used to study the neutrino through an experiment called MINERvA, which would improve measurements of neutrinos in interaction with atomic nuclei.
