  • This article presents the author's opinion on the new interest in nuclear energy among energy planners. The author admits that nuclear energy is attractive for the reduction of greenhouse gases but says that developing nations will probably not be able or willing to follow the trend. These nations will probably have to look elsewhere for clean energy.
