Se busca realizar una reseña amplia y una reflexión a partir del libro “La irrupción de los laicos”. Los laicos juegan un rol importante en la Iglesia actual. La crisis proviene de los abusos sexuales (esto es lo más conocido), pero también nace en el desencuentro entre la jerarquía y el laicado y la postergación de la mujer. Cada autor del libro presenta su visión de la Iglesia y de la crisis para mostrar su amor a la misma Iglesia y ofrecer su ayuda.This article makes a comprehensive review and reflection from the book “La irrupción de los laicos” (The irruption of the laity). The laymen play an important role in the Church today. The crisis stems from sexual abuse (this is best known), but also born in the misunderstanding between the hierarchy and the laity and the postponement of women.
