Las cifras por elevadas identificándose este evento como un serio problema, que afecta tanto la niñez como a la adolescencia, considerándose cestas edades vulnerables y constituyen el relevo mediato de actualea generaciones, en la construccion y desarrollo de nuestra sociedad.

The figures are high, being identified this event like a servius problem because it affects a much to the childhood as the adolescence, being considered the vulnesables ages and keeping in mind that they constitute the mediate relief of current generations in the constructions and development of our society.
