Through the use of focus groups, an experiential learning exercise, and postprogram reflection surveys, a multimethod case study approach is used within the area of hospitality, specifically focusing on the management of hybrid meetings. In addition to further advancing knowledge within the meeting management industry, this research highlights the value of hybrid meeting technology and identifies a template for meeting educators to better prepare students to meetings industry managers
