"By adding other ingredients, we can also produce co-clinker like mag-calcia, Mg-spinel and special items with excellent anti-hydration, thermal conductivity and other properties after fine tuning." "From this wide spectrum, we focus on selected markets with refractories, environment and other non-refractory applications," Ube told IM. "Basically, our policy is to concentrate on the market free from keen competition with Chinese product. We try to find the 'niche' market even within refractories." "We are planning to increase the total capacity by about 8% by increasing productivity in MH processing in 2017," Ube told IM. "We are also planning to set up upgrading facilities like particle size control and surface treatment for new applications."
