PROEJA: entre a formulação e a implantação

    Este artigo objetiva analisar a formulação e implantação do Programa Nacional de Integração da Educação Profissional com a Educação Básica na Modalidade de Educação de Jovens e Adultos (PROEJA), criado pelo governo federal em 2005, inicialmente dirigido ao Ensino Médio. Os dados foram obtidos em documentos legais que constituem o programa, tais como Decretos e a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDBEN); bem como em trabalhos acadêmicos disponíveis na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD), que tomaram como campo de estudos instituições que implementaram o PROEJA. A comparação e análise dos dados permitiu visualizar a disparidade entre as pretensões legais do programa e a maneira como os cursos foram concretizados, em sua maioria sem o devido planejamento.

    This article aims to analyze the formulation and implementation of the National Programme of Integration of the Profesional Education with Basic Education on the Young and Adult Education Modality (PROEJA), created by the federal government in 2005, initially for High School. The data was obteined through legal document that are part of the programme, such as Actss and National Law of Guidelines and Basis for Education (LDBEN); as well as academic projects available on the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD), which had as field of study institutions that implemented the programme. The comparison and data analysis allowed the visualizations of the gap between the legal claims of comparison and data analysis allowed the visualization of the gap between the legal claims of the programme and the way the courses were accomplished, the majority without the proper planning.
