• A ferrorresonant element can be triggered by the use of an a.c. signal coming from another element previously in high. A graphical approach to design has been developed. The use of a pulsed a.c. excitation for the ferroresonant elements, linked by fixed resistors, provides a method to build up a shift register and other logical circuits.
