Resumen de Estudio de impacto ambiental en el área de reserva especial, municipios de Puerto Boyacá, Puerto Nare y Puerto Triunfo

  La zona del estudio se localiza en el sector comprendido por  los  municipios  de  Puerto  Boyacá,  Puerto  Nare  y Puerto Triunfo. Para la ejecución del estudio de impacto ambiental  se  recopiló  información  preexistente,  como geología, geomorfología,  hidrogeología,  climatología, aspectos  sociales,  culturales  y  económicos  del  área, información que fue corroborada en campo. Se  llevó a cabo  la  caracterización  del material  y  del  yacimiento (reservas  geológicas  y  mineras),  posteriormente  se efectuó  una  serie  de investigaciones  que  dieron  como resultado  la  línea  base  ambiental  para  el  área  del proyecto. En el estudio de impacto ambiental se delimitó el área de  influencia del proyecto minero, se  identificaron las comunidades presentes,  se efectuaron  reuniones de socialización  con  los mineros  tradicionales,  se  llevó  a cabo una descripción,  caracterización y  análisis de  los medios biótico, abiótico y socioeconómico afectados por dicho proyecto, se  identificaron y evaluaron  los  impactos ocasionados  por  la  interacción  de  la  obra minera  y  el ambiente, mostrando cuáles se pueden prevenir, corregir, mitigar o compensar mediante el diseño de los planes de manejo  ambiental  y  de  contingencia  adecuados  para obtener la autorización o licencia ambiental que permita el libre desarrollo de la extracción de material de arrastre en el Área de Reserva Especial  (ARE).

  The present study's zone is located in the sector comprised by the municipalities of Puerrto Boyacá, Puerto Nare and Puerto Triunfo, to implement the enviromental impact study, was compiled some preexxisting information such as the geology, the geomorohology, the hydrogeology, the climatology, the socio-cultural and economic aspects of the area, infromation that was corroborated in the field . The characteriization of the material and the deposit (geologic and mining reserves) was carried out, later it took place a series of investigations, which resulted in the enviromental impact study, the mining project's delimitation area of influence was carried out, the communities were identified, some socialization meetings were held with the traditional miners, it was carried out as well held with the traditional miners, it was carried out as well a description, the characterization and analysis of the biotic, abiotic and socio-economic means affected by this project, also there were identified the impacts caused by the interaction between the mining work and the environment, by showing which are preventable, which can be corrected, mitigated or offset by the desing of the environmental management and contingency appropriate plans, inorder to obtain the enviromental license to allow the free development of the drag material extraction on the Special Reserve Area (ARE).
