Resumen de Recherches sur le polyptyque de Masaccio pour l'église du Carmine de Pise
Research on Masaccio's Polyptych for the Church of the Carmine in Pisa.
The article presents a proposition for the reconstruction of the altar that Masaccio painted for the Church of the Carmine in Pisa, elaborated several years ago for the multimedia assembly in the Museo di San Matteo in Pisa, and referenced in the bibliography and in the documentation, by once again retracting the history of the dismemberment of the polyptych on the basis of new research in the archives.
