Resumen de A presença do invisível na constituinte: com a palavra os povos indígenas (1986-1988)

           Este artigo analisa as relações do sagrado e do invisível das cosmovisões ameríndias diante da participação dos seus líderes na Assembleia Nacional Constituinte (1987-1988). O período marcou a primeira participação de caravanas indígenas indo em direção ao Congresso Nacional, inscrição da demarcação de territórios e revogação do caráter de tutela. Estivemos, para tanto, nos arquivos do Congresso Nacional e outros foros. As fontes encontradas dentro do Congresso muitas vezes estiveram misturadas a outros segmentos; foi preciso selecionar partes destinadas aos povos indígenas dentro das atas, relatórios, e buscar, nos relatos de um dos participantes, Álvaro Tukano, liderança do movimento indígena, e do jornalista José Ribamar Bessa Freire, as memórias do período. Os ritos e encantamentos produzidos durante a participação dos líderes tanto quanto os seus confrontos, efeitos, portanto, constituem nosso objeto de estudo.

  This article analyzes the relations of the sacred and the invisible of the amerindian worldviews in front of participation of the yours leaders in the National Constituent Assembly (1987‐ 1988). The period marked the first participation of indigenous caravans going towards the National Congress and the registration of the right indigenous and revocation of the guardianship of indigenous peoples. In order to do so, we visited the National Congress archives and others archives. The researched files often embodied other subjects, so it was necessary to screen proceedings and reports to find the sections about indigenous peoples. In interviews with Álvaro Tukano (indigenous leader), we sought memories of the period. The rites, invisibility and incantations produced during the participation of the leaders, as well as their clashes and effects and therefore, constitute our object of study.
