    Se trabajó con atletas del equipo de taekwondo categoría 13-15 años femenino de la EIDE “Carlos Leyva González” de Las Tunas, integrado por una muestra de 10 atletas, representando el 100% de la población.La presente investigación comenzó en el mes de septiembre del 2014 y se culmina en el mes de mayo del 2015. Este equipo alcanzó el 7mo lugar en la competencia pasada. Se realizó un estudio observacional, descriptivo y transversal sobre la base de un diagnóstico fáctico.Para esta investigación se realizó un estudio minucioso encaminado al perfeccionamiento de la velocidad de ejecución en acciones ofensivas simples y complejas. Se tuvo en cuenta una revisión bibliográfica, psicología de la edad, la preparación técnica-táctica y física, así como el factor fisiológico. Los métodos de investigaciónutilizados fueron el histórico y lógico, análisis y síntesis, inductivo-deductivo, sistémico estructural entre los empíricos utilizados: la observación y la entrevista, los que permitieron orientar el objetivo diseñado del trabajo. Que deben influir de manera positiva en el resultado final de la investigación.

    One worked with athletes of the team of taekwondo category feminine 13-15 years of the EIDE Carlos Leyva González of The Tunas, integrated by a sample of 10 athletes, representing the population’s 100%. The present investigation began in the month of September of the 2014 and you culminates in the month of May of the 2015, this team reached the 7mo place in the last competition. He/she was carried out an observational, descriptive and traverse study on the base of a diagnosis fáctico. For this investigation he/she was carried out a meticulous study guided to the improvement of the execution speed in simple and complex offensive actions. One kept in mind a bibliographical revision, psychology of the age, the preparation technique-tactics and physical, as well as the physiologic factor. The used investigation methods were the historical and logical, analysis and synthesis, inductive-deductive, systemic structural among the empiric ones used: the observation and the interview, those that allowed to guide the designed objective of the work. That they should influence in a positive way in the final result of the investigation.
