    El presente artículo busca proponer la necesidad fundamental de la filosofía para el hombre en general, y para el profesor y alumno universitario en particular. A partir de un análisis de la situación problemática de la institución universitaria actual y del análisis de las necesidades antropológicas estructurales que tiene la persona en un sentido profundo, de la mano del filósofo personalista Romano Guardini, se buscará fundar las bases de una propuesta renovadora de Universidad en la que la filosofía y las humanidades tengan cabida.

    The scope of this article is the proposal of the fundamental necessity of the philosophical studies for the human person in general, and for university teachers and students in particular. From an analysis of the problematic situation of the current university and an analysis of the structural anthropological needs of the person in the most profound sense, by the hand of personalist philosopher Romano Guardini, we will seek to lay the foundations of a renewed proposal of the university in which philosophy and humanities have the place they deserve.
