  A través de estas páginas se persigue aportar algunas reflexiones en torno a la relación de derecho y política ambiental. Aquí se plantean algunas inquietudes sobre la manera en que la Bioética como ciencia interdisciplinaria ha contribuido sustancialmente en la construcciónde un pensamiento, lo cual ha llevado a mayor toma de conciencia sobre el medio ambiente (ecoética). Con base en autores como Blázquez, Herranz, Hottois, Parizeau, Ricoeur, Thévenot, entre otros; se pretende dejar el tema abierto para futuras intervenciones que traten con mayor profundidad cuestiones jurídicas concernientes a la Bioética.Atañen a esta reflexión temas fundamentales que giran alrededor de la vida y que hoy son muy controvertidos. Estamos pues ante un diálogo que permite tomar en serio la pluralidad en su basto sentido, como elemento importante del discernimiento en el actuar cotidiano humano, o en otros términos, es la apelación a la razón moral del hombre, pues toda éticaque toma en serio al hombre indaga sobre el sentido último de su ser.

  Throughout these pages, it is meant to bring some reflections on the relationship betweenlaw and environmental policy. Here are some concerns about the way Bioethics, as aninterdisciplinary science, has contributed substantially to the construction of a thought,which has led to greater awareness of the environment (Eco ethics). Based on authors likeBlazquez, Herranz, Hottois, Parizeau, Ricoeur, Thevenot, among others; It is intended toleave this topic open for future interventions to be discussed in greater depth on legal issuesrelated to Bioethics.Regarding this reflection, it’s possible to find fundamental issues that revolve around lifewhich are now highly controversial topics. Therefore, we are facing a dialog that allows us totake seriously the plurality in its vast sense, as an important element of discrimination in thehuman daily actions, or in other words, it is the appeal to the moral reason of man, becauseany ethics that takes the human seriously will ask about the ultimate meaning of its being.
