    • Globalization has made the automations become increasingly feasible and with the technological development many operations can be optimized, bringing productivity gains. Logistics is a major benefit of all this development, because lives a time extremely competitive, in which being efficient is a requirement to stay alive in the market. Inserted in this context, this article seeks from the analysis of the processes in a distribution center, identify opportunities to automate operations to gain productivity and offer a better working conditions for employees.
