  • This contribution is a celebration of Norman Ingham as a passionate scholar and golfer. It also explores the history of golf in Russia from the founding of the first golf facilityin 1992 in Moscow to the spread of golf courses in European Russia and Siberia. Finally, it speculates on what Norman might have encountered had he had the opportunity to play these courses
