    Tras la consideración de la dialéctica de los componentes de la intimidad (lo interno, lo profundo, lo recóndito, el afecto, la cercanía, el pudor, lo inefable ... ) se trata su pertenencia al campo analítico como cualidad relacional: relación y alteridad, tanto con el otro como consigo mismo.

    Se habla de lo íntimo y de lo éxtimo. Como paradigma de la intimidad se plantea el estado amoroso. El logro de una bisexualidad psíquica asimétrica.

    La efracción de la intimidad sexual y lo inefable de la misma.

    Otro paradigma es la relación analista-paciente, como encuentro. Se subraya la mutua implicación e influencia en el proceso como factor de crecimiento y cambio. Lo que se dice, lo que se hace y lo íntimo. Se dialoga con la neutralidad, empatía y asimetría y se concluye con la necesaria difuminación del analista.

    After considering the dialectics of the components of intimacy: the internal, the deep, the hidden, aff ect, closeness, shame, the ineffable, and so on, its place in the analytic field as relational quality is addressed: the quality of relation and alterity both with the other and with oneself. The intimate and the extimate are discussed. As a paradigm of intimacy, the state of being in love is considered, the achievement of an asymmetric psychic bisexuality and the effraction of sexual intimacy and the ineffability thereof.

    Another paradigm is the analyst-patient relationship as encounter.

    The mutual involvement and influence upon the process as a factor of growth and change is underscored. What is said, what is done and the intimate dimension. Neutrality, empathy and asymmetry are discussed, concluding with the inevitable blurring or dissolution of the analyst.
