    • Analysis of the development of schooling routes in the course of time. - The authors present an empirical analysis of two fundamental questions in the field of knowledge and action : what are the respective parts : 1) of the primary and secondary school ; 2) of educational and institutional phenomena in the explanation of social differences of scolarity ? They conclude with a methodological thinking about the empirical analysis of educational phenomena which needs to take account of time.
