    Se realiza una revisión bibliográfica que compila la literatura científica sobre el tema de sentido de la vida en la ancianidad en búsqueda de sólidos fundamentos teóricos como precedente para ofrecer alternativas viables a la intervención en salud. El trabajo analiza las diferentes posiciones teórico-filosóficas del tema, consulta las investigaciones nacionales e internacionales integrando el estado actual de la problemática gnoseometodológica y lo hace triangulando las diferentes fuentes entre sí y éstas con las posiciones que asumen los autores. Las referencias se han obtenido de documentos, libros y revistas impresas y digitalizadas.

    A bibliographical review is done that compiles the scientific literature on the meaning of life topic in the old age in search of solid theoretical essentials like previous to offer viable alternatives to the intervention in health. The work analyzes the theoretical-philosophical different positions of the topic, consulting national and international investigations integrating the current state of the gnoseomethodology and its problems and different sources are linked between themselves and these with the positions that the authors assume. The references have been obtained of documents, books and printed and digitital journals.
