    Este trabajo de investigación tiene como principal interés evidenciar avances en la gestión directiva y en la evaluación del desempeño, describiendo ésta como la búsqueda disciplinada de conocimiento, donde el juicio resultante presupone la analogía entre la información obtenida y el criterio de búsqueda para constatar, rectificar y perfeccionar el objeto o realidad evaluados y, por otra parte, la relevancia que tiene la alineación de una estrategia de negocio con un sistema de retribución para lograr la ejecución satisfactoria de la misma. Losresultados de la investigación, en su oportunidad, permiten plantear la posibilidad de desarrollo de un esquema sistémico que no solamente considere el control directivo y la revisión del plan de retribución, sino que atienda también la forma en que el mismo cambio organizacional deseado influye en el diseño de la visión, la misión y los valores de una empresa.

    The main interest in this work is to demonstrate advances in the directive management and the evaluation of the performance, describing this one like the disciplined search of knowledge, where the resulting judgment estimates the analogy between the obtained data and the criterion search to state, to rectify and to perfect the evaluated object or reality and, on the other hand, the relevance that has the alignment of a strategy of business with a repayment system to obtain the satisfactory execution of the same one. The results of the investigation, in their opportunity, allow to raise the possibility of development of a systemic scheme that not only contemplates the directive control and the revision of the repayment plan, but that also takes care of the form in which the same wished organizational change influences in the design of the vision, the mission and the values of a company.
