  • Resumen
    • Within the framework of this article, we consider the investment climate of individual Russian regions, the regions of the Siberian Federal District of the Russian Federation, which are currently attractive for investment due to the natural resource reserves. The concept of investment climate is considered as a complex concept, including the evaluation of both qualitative and quantitative indicators that predetermine the investment conditions in the economy of a particular territory. The quantitative indicators are divided into blocks of indicators of investment potential (innovative, labor, financial and production, infrastructure potential, etc.) and investment risk (social, economic and environmental risks). The qualitative indicators of assessment reflect the investment policy of the authorities of the regions of the Russian Federation. The research is based on such methods as the method of ranking, integral evaluation, comparative analysis. The work is aimed at identifying the weak and strong points of the Russian regions studied, comparing regions with each other in order to identify regions with the favorable and unfavorable investment climate. The analysis of qualitative indicators makes it possible to find out in which regions the regional authorities create the most favorable investment conditions. These methods make it possible to identify the region’s most attractive for investment in the Siberian Federal District of the Russian Federation in a single set.
