Requirements o.fhigh-quality standards have become essential in manufacturing technology. Thus, the conditions of the process must be related with the swface .flnish achieved. One of those conditions is the thermal energy generated during the machining process. This energy can be measured in terms of temperature increments and depends of the feed, depth of cut and too/ cutting speed. As a complementfor the series of experiments exposed in the preceding articles this work presents the theoretical.fundamentals and experiments based in the e.ffects oftoolfeed on the temperature behavior during the machining process.
