    La necesidad de protección del patrimonio cultural ha sido objeto de protección por parte de la legislación. La reciente Ley 1/2017, de 18 de abril, sobre restitución de bienes culturales que hayan salido de forma ilegal del territorio español o de otro Estado miembro de la Unión Europea incorpora la Directiva 2014/60/UE y establece un mecanismo para la recuperación de bienes culturales. Vamos a realizar un análisis de las medidas de protección, así como del procedimiento, y reflexionar sobre distintas cuestiones planteadas en la Ley, para que nos permita concluir con una valoración de la misma.

    The need for protection of cultural heritage has been protected by legislation. The recent Law 1/2017 of 18 April on the restitution of cultural property that has left the territory illegally from Spain or another Member State of the European Union incorporates Directive 1014/60 / EU and establishes a mechanism for the recovery of cultural goods. We will carry out an analysis of the protection measures, as well as the procedure, and reflect on different issues raised in the Law, so that we can conclude with an assessment of it.
