Resumen de O problema do aspecto verbal: reflexões sobre aspecto e linguística estruturalista

  This work aims to present the problematic theoretical context in which the verbal category aspect was conceived, emphasizing the question in their relations with the linguistic structuralism. For this purpose, we make a contextualization of the main Brazilian aspectual studies and of the historical mark of the study of the category, highlighting the first structuralist aspectual assertions, as well as the assumptions of the linguistic current that, according to Maclennan (1962), interfered on the aspectual issue, leading to the impression that a theoretical issue was a real problem of the verbal category aspect by itself.

  Este trabalho objetiva apresentar o contexto teórico problemático no qual se configurou a categoria verbal aspecto, enfatizando a questão em suas relações com o estruturalismo linguístico. Para isso, fazemos uma contextualização dos principais estudos aspectuais brasileiros e dos marcos históricos do estudo da categoria, destacando as primeiras asserções aspectuais estruturalistas, bem como os pressupostos da corrente linguística que, segundo Maclennan (1962), interferiram na problemática aspectual, dando a impressão de que uma questão teórica era um problema real da categoria verbal aspecto em si mesma.
