    Enisa es una empresa pública, adscrita al Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo, que promueve la creación, crecimiento y consolidación de la empresa española, participando activamente en la financiación de proyectos viables e innovadores impulsados por emprendedores y Pymes.

    Enisa consigue dicho objetivo a través del préstamo participativo (regulado por el RDL 7/1996), un instrumento a medio camino entre el crédito tradicional y el capital Riesgo, que fortalece de forma considerable la estructura financiera de la empresa.

    En las dos últimas décadas, Enisa se ha consolidado como entidad líder en la concesión de este tipo de financiación, concediendo más de 4.400 préstamos por un importe de 750 millones de euros a más de 4.200 empresas. En 2015 Enisa invirtió un total de 93,3 millones de euros en 700 operaciones.

    Enisa is a state-owned company under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism that promotes the creation, growth and consolidation of Spanish companies, actively participating in the financing of viable and innovative business projects driven by SMEs and entrepreneurs.

    Enisa achieves its goals by means of a certain type of mezzanine financing, named participative loan (regulated by RD-Law 7/1996). It is a financial instrument half way between a traditional loan and venture capital, which considerably strengthens the financial structure of companies.

    Over the two last decades Enisa has become the leading institution in this kind of financing, granting more than 4.400 loans amounting to €750 M and reaching more than 4.200 Spanish companies. In 2015 Enisa invested a total amount of €93.3 M financing 700 companies.
