Resumen de Derechos de la mujer dentro del contexto del desplazamiento forzado en Colombia

  La pretensión principal que se desarrolla en este documento es la de retratar la realidad del desplazamiento forzado desde un enfoque de género, debido a que este fenómeno afecta de una manera diferente a las mujeres debido a su condición de vulnerabilidad en el ámbito rural y en el contexto del conflicto armado interno. Es por ello que luego de establecer ciertos parámetros que especifican dicho enfoque diferencial de género, se señalará el tratamiento de la situación vía jurisprudencial, además del marco normativo existente en Colombia al respecto. A su vez también se hará un breve recuento de aquellos derechos que son vulnerados de manera sistemática a aquellas mujeres que son desplazadas por la violencia.
