  Esta investigación surge de la necesidad y las diferentes dificultades que tienen los adultos mayores con Alzheimer para la práctica de actividad física en su vida diaria. En ella se involucraron 3 adultas mayores entre 69-80 años de edad con la enfermedad, pertenecientes a la comunidad Nuevo Guisa del consejo popular #2 ubicado en la zona urbana del municipio de Guisa. Por lo que el objetivo planteado está relacionado con el diseño de acciones educativas para incorporar a los adultos mayores con Alzheimer a la práctica de actividad física comunitaria. Para ello se consideró la clasificación médica, que se complementó con la descripción de indicadores como la fase e intensidad de su enfermedad, la edad de aparición de la enfermedad, necesidad de medicación, la presencia de patologías asociadas, y la influencia de este padecimiento en su desempeño en la vida cotidiana. También fue posible identificar las necesidades y expectativas de estos adultos que participaron en la investigación.

  This research arises from the necessity and the different difficulties that have the elder adults with Alzheimer for practicing physical activity in their daily life. In it 3 elder adults with the illness ranging 69 to 80 years were involved, belonging to the community Nuevo Guisa from the Popular Council Board #2, located in the urban area of Guisa Municipality. The objective is focused on the design of educational actions to incorporate the elder adults with Alzheimer to the practice of community physical activity. It was considered the medical classification that was complimented with the description of indicators as the phase and intensity of their illness, the age of appearance of the illness, medication needs, the presence of associate pathologies and the influence of this suffering in their daily life acting. It was also possible to identify the necessities and these adults' expectations that participated in the research.
