Resumen de La integración de contenidos en la formación permanente de los recién graduados en las ciencias pedagógicas

  En el  presente trabajo se revela una visión de cómo integrar el contenido por tipos (conceptuales, procedimentales y actitudinales) en la formación permanente del  recién graduado Licenciado en Educación. Se precisan, orienta y recomienda como se determina, estructura y organiza por tipo ese contenido en los recién graduados, además las funciones que asumen los niveles organizativos: Departamento Docente de la Universidad, Centro Universitario Municipal y Microuniversidad como organismo empleador. Fueron utilizados métodos de nivel teórico como el análisis y la síntesis; el histórico – lógico; el sistémico – estructural y del nivel empírico, el análisis documental y la observación. Todo lo anterior permitió perfeccionar el modo de actuación del  recién graduado y el cumplimiento de sus funciones en las Entidades Laborales de Base.

  In the present work the authors give a view about the way to integrate the content in three main groups according to concepts, procedures and attitudes in the permanent formation of newly graduated professors from Pedagogical Majors. The authors also make some suggestions on how to determine, structure, and organize the content according to the ones with the characteristics before mentioned (the ones dealing with concepts, with procedures and with attitude) at the time of organizing the contents for newly graduated. Professors, besides, the work also deals with the functions assumed by the Organization levels: The University Teaching Department, The Municipal University Center, and The Microuniversity as an employer-organism. Different theoretical methods were used, among them: the analysis and synthesis; the historical-logical, and the structural-systemic. There were also used some empirical methods such as the documentary analysis and the observation. All these permitted to improve the newly graduated behavior and the fulfillment of their function at their Base labor entities.
