This book published 1n 2005 and face with high interest) are well-known in political literature and communication. The importance universal media that is called “CN effect” is not hidden for anyone. Marshal McLuhan's global village theory not only involves the mind but also suggest that world public opinion is a superpower and it is the powerful component among constituent elements of power, formation of beliefs, opinions and attitudes of the people.
