El presente artículo pretende hacer un recorrido por las tesis centrales de Roberto Esposito señalando el vínculo entre comunitarismo e impolítica a través de la interpretación que este autor hizo del pensamiento de Georges Bataille. Se descubrirá con ello un tratamiento ontológico de lo político como modo de resistencia y desbordamiento de las tendencias que excluyen al otro a través de la negatividad del paradigma inmunitario.

This article intends to make a tour of the central theses of Roberto Esposito pointing out the link between communitarianism and impolitical through the interpretation that this author made of the thought of Georges Bataille. An ontological treatment of the political will thus be discovered as a mode of resistance and overflowing of the tendencies that exclude the other through negativity of the immune paradigm.
