  This paper presents a case of study of an application of the lean manufacturing (LIM) in an organization. The authors discuss the most important elements of LM, the strategies used by the company for implementing LM, and the significant benefits that were accrued in manufacturing operations and total inventory values. The data for this study was obtained through interviews, a questionnaire survey and internal documents.
