La aportación del análisis técnico de la escritura árabe a la seguridad

    El conocimiento de los trasfondos culturales, la motivación ideológica y los objetivos espirituales del terrorismo islámico no suponen solo un aspecto añadido y marginal de la investigación, sino que por el contrario se ha convertido en una necesidad prioritaria y en un componente básico de la redefinición completa del concepto «inteligencia» en todo lo que afecta a la seguridad y la lucha contra el terrorismo.

    La nueva perspectiva toma en consideración todo el universo cultural que engloba el entorno de las investigaciones realizadas sobre ese tipo de acciones violentas. Este nuevo prisma obliga a rescatar, analizar y ubicar en primera línea una pieza crucial a la que no se le ha dado la importancia requerida dentro del ámbito de la inteligencia elaborada sobre el fenómeno terrorista. Como consecuencia de ello, no se extrajo de la misma todo su potencial implícito, capaz de aportar avances y ayudas en la sistematización y comprensión de la conducta terrorista. Esa pieza capital aludida es la escritura árabe o mejor dicho la manifestación gráfico-escritural árabe.

    A pesar de que aún queda mucho camino por recorrer, los estudios realizados hasta el momento sobre la escritura manuscrita y en general, sobre cualquier manifestación gráfico escritural en su conjunto obtenida de las fuentes abiertas en esa lengua, no solo permiten a los laboratorios forenses especializados en su examen determinar la autoría de su ejecutor, en el caso del examen de textos manuscritos, sino que pueden ir mucho más allá proporcionando otros datos de interés. Además de los meramente forenses, aportando información que pueda obtener la inteligencia oportuna sobre la determinación de la zona o área geográfica de procedencia, la formación cultural de su autor y otros aspectos relevantes vinculados al texto o a la manifestación gráfica objeto de análisis.

    Knowledge of cultural backgrounds, ideological motivation and the spiritual goals of Islamic terrorism are not only an added and marginal aspect of research, but rather have become a priority need and a basic component of the complete redefinition of concept "intelligence" in everything that affects security and the fight against terrorism.

    The new perspective takes into consideration the whole cultural universe that encompasses the environment of the investigations carried out on this type of violent actions. This new prism obliges to rescue, analyze and locate in the first line a crucial piece that has not been given the importance required within the realm of intelligence elaborated on the terrorist phenomenon. As a consequence, it did not extract from it all its implicit potential, capable of contributing advances and aid in the systematization and understanding of terrorist conduct. That capital piece alluded to is Arabic script or rather the Arabic graphic-scriptural manifestation.

    Although there is still a long way to go, the studies carried out so far on handwritten writing and in general on any scriptural graphic expression as a whole obtained from the open sources already existing in that language not only allow specialized forensic laboratories In their examination, determine the authorship of their executor, in the case of the examination of manuscripts, but can go much further by providing other data of interest, apart from, as we have already mentioned, mere forensics by providing information To obtain the necessary intelligence on the determination of the geographical area or area of origin, the cultural training of its author or other relevant aspects related to the text or graphic manifestation under analysis.
