Resumen de Perspectivas de las (in)visibilidades del cuerpo queer/heterosexual: el cuerpo travesti en La novela Plástico cruel

  Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar las perspectivas de la apropiación al cuerpo de los travestis, debido a la transgresión de la normatividad sexual y a la dualidad de la identidad masculina y femenina. La noción del cuerpo travesti se considera como un cuerpo desnaturalizado, mientras que el cuerpo heteronormativo representa al género natural por la reproductividad desde su cuerpo naturalizado. Para cuestionar la relación entre el travestismo y el cuerpo, Plástico cruel (2011), novela argentina escrita por José Sbarra, representa las (in)visibilidades del cuerpo que reinterpretan las dimensiones corporales de los personajes heterosexuales y los travestis en la sociedad de consumo, rodeado por la idea materialista y la obsesión corporal.Al referirse al cuerpo normalizado de la heterosexualidad y al cuerpo no normativo del travestismo, se aplica el concepto able-bodiedness a la heterosexualidad. Por el contrario, los travestis son etiquetados como un cuerpo no capaz. La reinterpretación conceptual del “able bodiedness” aplicado en los personajes heterosexuales revela que la heteronormatividad, aunque tiene su cuerpo funcional no logra buscar el amor y una relación estable.

  This article aims to represent perspectives of the travesty body appropriation, due to the body normativity transgression and the duality of masculine and feminine identity. The notion of the travesty body is considered as denaturalized body, while the heteronormative body represents the natural gender because of the reproductive capacity from their naturalized body. In order to question the relationship between transvestitism and body, Plástico cruel (2011), the Argentine novel written by José Sbarra, represents the (in)visibilities of body, which reinterpret the body dimensions of heterosexual and travesty characters in the consumer society, surrounded by the materialism and the body obsession.Referring to the heterosexual normalized body and the travesty non-normative body, the concept able-bodiedness is appropiately applied to the heterosexuality. On the contrary, transvestites are labeled as unable body. The concept reinterpretation of “able-bodiedness” applied to heterosexual characters reveals that heteronormativity, in spite of their functional body, does not succeed in love and stable relationship.
