Vicisitudes del Cuerpo en Psicoanálisis

    En el presente artículo se plantea el compromiso del psicoanálisis con las vicisitudes del cuerpo, entendido este como principio fundamental de su clínica y acorde con las exigencias que impone a su labor como método específico que afronta los procesos psíquicos. Para ello, es importante haber destacado que la sexualidad individualiza al cuerpo a través de la pulsión: la perpetua insatisfacción cuando se hace referencia a lo humano no es sin consecuencias en los síntomas que sintonizan con la constitución subjetiva, y más aún, cuando hay que hacer mención a “(…) la relación con el goce del cuerpo” (Lacan, 1966, p. 99). Se llevó a cabo una revisión documental de aportes psicoanalíticos acordes con el desarrollo conceptual del concepto de cuerpo, y justificar su diferencia como “(…) un organismo biológico (…)” (Santcovsky, 1999, p. 68). Hay por ende algo del cuerpo que objeta a ser normalizado por la cultura, y tiene sentido, cuando ahí “(…) el goce es anómalo, ajeno a la homeóstasis (…)” (Soler, 2013, p. 155), que detenta ser efecto del discurso y no de la naturaleza. El cuerpo ocupa un lugar preponderante en las relaciones humanas, su dominio determina las condiciones subjetivas por las cuales el sujeto se incorpora a la cultura y se relaciona, además, consigo mismo.

    The present article discusses about the commitment of the psychoanalysis with body vicissitudes, understood like the fundamental principle of its clinic and according to the demands imposed by a specific method that deals with the psychic processes. To do so, it’s important to highlight that sexuality individualize the body through drive: the perpetual dissatisfaction when it comes to the human; which are consequences in the symptom’s that tunes in the subjective constitution, even more when “the relation between the pleasure and body” must be mentioned. (Lacan, 1966, p.99). There was a documentary review of the psychoanalytical studies with the conceptual development of the body, and justify its difference as “(…) a biological organism (…)’ (Santcovsky, 1999, p. 68). There is, indeed, something from the body that declares to be normalized by the culture, and it makes sense, where there “(…) “the jouissance is abnormal, strange to the homeostasis (…)” (Soler, 2013, p.155) that holds to be the effect of the speech and not of the nature. The body has preponderant place on human relationships, their domain determines the subjective conditions by any subject incorporates culture and relates, also with himself.
