Resumen de Apuntes sobre las representaciones de la reparación en las sentencias judiciales

A partir de concebir el escenario judicial como una instancia fundamental en la construcción de representaciones sociales, en este artículo serán revisadas las sentencias libradas en causas judiciales por los crímenes cometidos durante la última dictadura en Argentina (1976-1983) que fueron dictadas durante el año 2015, con el objetivo de reconstruir las representaciones acerca de la reparación que subyacen a las mismas. La hipótesis que guía esta indagación es que existe una relación entre las representaciones sobre la reparación y las calificaciones jurídicas de los crímenes que constituyen el objeto de juzgamiento, en tanto éstas últimas producen efectos diferenciales en la construcción de sentido sobre el pasado reciente.

Conceiving the judicial scene as a fundamental instance in the construction of social representations, this article will review the judgements in trials for crimes committed during the last dictatorship in Argentina (1976-1983) pronounced in 2015, with the aim of reconstructing the representations of reparation that underlie them. The hypothesis that guides this inquiry is that there is a relationship between the representations of reparation and legal qualifications of the crimes under judgment, as long as the last ones have differential effects on the construction of meanings about the past.
