No es fruto de las circunstancias, sino de las decisiones que toma ante las circunstancias, por esto la educación es la tarea humanizadora por excelencia.
El crecimiento de la persona depende de su capacidad de relación Los hombres no son islas, de ahí la importancia de que precisamente en aquellos ámbitos en donde se lleva a cabo la educación haya espacios de encuentro, de relación que permitan descubrir y rentabilizar el “entre” que existe entre el “yo” y el “tu” para poder llegar al “nosotros” Descubrir las fuerzas del cambio de este momento es básico para acertar en el cambio y la innovación educativos, fundamentales para que la escuela pueda dar respuesta adecuada a las necesidades actuales de la sociedad. El motor de este cambio es el profesor, el maestro, el verdadero líder capaz de ver un reto en donde encuentra un obstáculo, un líder que nunca lidera solo, sino que crece con los demás, que programa, sueña y proyecta con sus compañeros y que, a la vez que ayuda a sus alumnos en su proceso de aprendizaje, también se va haciendo a sí mismo. Porque existen estos líderes es que podemos mirar el hoy y el mañana con una gran esperanza
