    En los últimos tiempos han sido revisados algunos conceptos sobre el tratamiento de la Insuficiencia Cardíaca. Tiene interés darlos a conocer, por su valor práctico, ya que la insuficiencia del miocardio es la etapa a la que inexorablemente se llega en el curso de gran número de afecciones circulatorias.

    In recent years some concepts have been reviewed on the treatment of Heart Failure. Of interest them known for their practical value, since the failure of the myocardium is the stage at which it inevitably comes in the course of many circulatory disorders.
