The new scenario of the use of cadastral graphical information as the basis of the graphic Property Rights Registry information proposed by Law 13/2015, involves all the agents present in the real estate traffic.

The key parts of the coordination process between Cadastre and Property Rights Registry are the “Descriptive and graphic cadastral certification” and the “Graphical validation report”. The cadastral validation report of geo-referenced graphical representations generated by the interested parties, and used by notaries and registrars in public deeds and registry inscriptions, and communicated to Catastro together with the rest of the business information, is the guarantee that all the agents involved in a certain legal business that alters the cadastral information use the same graphic information.
