el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo primordial, mostrar las acciones que desde el consejo Federal del catastro de la repú blica argentina se están desarrollando desde los últimos 4 años para lograr la plena apli cación de la Ley nacional de catastro n.º 26.209 y, en ese contexto, obtener —en for mato digital— un mapa parcelario continuo, a partir de la publicación de la información generada con los trabajos que desarrollan cada uno de los catastros provinciales, y que sea componente central de la infraestructura de Datos espaciales nacional.
se considera oportuno además, repasar el marco normativo y administrativo de este país, pues se estima que ello permitirá ayudar a comprender ciertas situaciones.
por otra parte, se incluyen en el texto algunos comentarios surgidos de la perspectiva más práctica de su redactor, luego de 22 años de trajín en la administración catastral neuquina, pero también en el orden nacional, intercambiando experiencias, oyendo numerosas ponencias sobre aspectos teóricos del catastro y las políticas públicas de expresión territorial.
consecuentemente con lo antes expresado, ciertos comentarios parecerán discutibles, y lo son, invitando al debate enriquecedor de aquellos voluntarios que con espíritu constructivo, deseen plantear la discusión constructiva para el tema que nos ocupa.

The main objective of this paper is to show the actions that the Federal Council of the Cadastre of the Argentine Republic has been developing for the last 4 years to achieve the full application of the National Cadastre Law N ° 26.209 and, in that context, obtain —in digital format— a continuous plot map, based on the publication of the information generated with the work carried out by each of the provincial cadastres, and which is a central component of the national Spatial Data Infrastructure.
It is also considered appropriate to review the regulatory and administrative framework of this country, as this will help to understand certain situations.
On the other hand, the text includes some comments arising from the most practical perspective of its editor, after 22 years of work in the Cadastral Administration of Neuquén province, but also in the national order, exchanging experiences, hearing numerous conferences on theoretical aspects of the cadastre and public policies of territorial expression. Consistent with the above, certain comments will seem debatable, and they are, inviting the enriching debate of those volunteers who, in a constructive spirit, wish to propose a constructive discussion for the topic at hand.
