Desde hace varios años, la idea de crisis parece haberse extendido por todas partes.
El objetivo de este artículo es plantearse los efectos que ésta puede tener sobre la filosofía del derecho, en particular sobre su estatus epistemológico. Como se tratará de mostrar, la filosofía jurídica se halla ante una encrucijada en la que tendrá que adoptar nuevas formas para sobrevivir, volviéndose más interdisciplinaria y desembarazándose de la férrea tripartición entre teoría del derecho, teoría de la ciencia jurídica y teoría de la justicia. Ahora bien, como también se intentará apuntar, esta exigencia de adaptación trae causa de las modificaciones que el propio derecho está experimentando en el marco de la crisis

In the last years, the concept of crisis has spread out everywhere. The aim of this article is to reflect on the effects that the crisis might have on the philosophy of law, in particular on its epistemological status. As it is intended to show, the philosophy of law is in front of a crossroad, in which it will have to adopt new perspectives to be able to survive, by turning more multidisciplinary and getting rid of the too rigid trichotomy among legal theory, theory of legal science and theory of justice. Though, as we will also try to point out, this adaptation requirement is actually a result of the transformations that the law itself is suffering in the frame of the crisis
