Evolución de la autopercepción de salud y parámetros objetivos tras una intervención de ejercicio físico a pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo 2

    Objetivo El objetivo principal es estudiar el impacto de un programa de prescripción de ejercicio físico sobre el nivel de salud de un grupo de pacientes con DM2.

    Metodología Estudio longitudinal prospectivo tipo pretest- postest. Análisis estadístico mediante Minitab Versión 15 y Cálculo Excel.

    Resultados Se obtienen resultados tanto del pre-test como el post-test en cuanto al peso medio, el grupo de obesos y la HBA1C, además del % de respuestas obtenidas en el cuestionario sobre autopercepción utilizado.

    Conclusiones Se aprecia una tendencia positiva en la comparación de los resultados pre-test y post-test, con una mejoría en las variables estudiadas. Se concluye que las variables donde no se aprecía mejoría podría justificarse por la pérdida de muestra.

    Objective The main objective is to study the impact of a physical exercise prescription program on the health level of a group of patients with DM2.

    Methodology Pretest-posttest longitudinal prospective study. Statistical analysis using Minitab Version 15 and Excel Calculation.

    Results Both pre-test and post-test results are obtained in terms of mean weight, obese group and HBA1C, as well as the percentage of answers obtained in the self-perception questionnaire used.

    Conclusions There was a positive trend in the comparison of pre-test and post-test results, with an improvement in the variables studied. It was concluded that the variables where there was no improvement seemed to justify the loss of sample.
