    El presente trabajo ofrece una fundamentación de lo que constituye la propuesta de un Sitio Web acerca del Sistema Normativo del Ministerio de Educación para la preparación jurídica de los cuadros. En este sentido, se presentan las reglas que deben tenerse en cuenta para su concreción en la práctica,  como sugerencias metodológicas claves, además se precisan las cuestiones que justifican el empleo del sitio  para la preparación en el tema del sistema normativo del MINED de la UCP Rafael María  de Mendive de Pinar del Rio.

    This article provides theoretical grounds for a website about Regulatory System of the Ministry of Education for legal training of the management staff in the Unive rsity of Pedagogical Sciences. In this sense, there are rules and methodological suggestions keys that must be considered for its implementation in practice ; it also specifies the issues that justify the use of the site in the preparation on the subject of regulatory system Ministry of Education and University of Pedagogical Sciences “Rafael María de Mendive” in Pinar del Rio.
