Se abordan consideraciones teóricas y prácticas sobre el aprendizaje de la expresión oral, los cuales son efecto de las experiencias investigativas asimiladas en la ejecución del proyecto institucional “Centro Consultor para la Estimulación del Talento Verbal en el Contexto Escolar”, el cual en su vínculo con el Departamento de Educación Primaria y el Centro de Estudios en Evaluación de la Calidad de la Educación, revelan cómo ocurre la dinámica de intercambio científico entre la escuela y la Universidad Pedagógica en la solución de uno de los problemas educacionales del territorio.

Theoretical and practical considerations are approached in this article about the learning of the oral expression, which are effects of the research experiences assimilated in the development of the institutional project “Consultant Center for the Stimulation of the Verbal Talent in the School Context", which, in its bond with the Department of Primary Education and the Study Center of in Evaluation of the Quality of the Education, reveal how the dynamics of scientific exchange between the school and the Pedagogical University occurs in the solution of one of the educational problems of the territory.
